Objcetive:-
General objective:
To scan the quantity and quality of training institutes
for meeting the training needs and demands of MWWs.
Specific Objectives :
•To find out the nature of demand for training by MWWs;
•To scrutinize the types of training offered by different training institutes, for judging their relevance and adequacy to MWWs; and
•To check the existing monitoring mechanism of trainings and training institutes to ensure benefits to MWWs.

Recommendations
•Majority of present and potential MWWs are aged between 23-32 years.
•More than half of the MWWs are from Central Region.
•Very few are migrating as professionals.
•Training is beneficial but the costly.
•Disparity between the fees taken by the training institutes.
•The demand for PDT is high.
•Strict follow up is lacking.
•Address MWWS’s rights
•Enable all MWWS’s in the global job market
•Make trainings more practical and cost-effective
Policy recommendations
ØMake monitoring mechanism more effective
Ø Increase and strengthen cooperation between various sectors
Ø Create awareness among the MWWS about the importance of PDT
Ø Conduct a separate study of women migrating informally
